Fifth Amendment: Due Process Clause — No government shall deprived any person of life,
liberty, or property without due process of law.
Every public servant either elected or appointed and even private or secret members that support
or supplement the US Government swears an Oath of Office to preserve, protect, and defend the constitution.
The U.S. Constitution is the supreme law of our jurisdiction and no law, executive action, or government
official can violate the Constitution. No one is above the law and every individual, from ordinary citizens
to the US President, US Senators, even the British King, the Lords, and MP's, international or domestic
private and secret agents, every law enforcement officers, armed forces servicemembers, even firefighters
and all the judges, is subject to our respective jurisdictional laws. Breaking this Oath of Office is
considered perjury at a federal level and breaches a legally binding contract that is criminalized and
punishable by multiple Federal Penal Codes.
